Orchestrating Complexity
Designing Stadium meant coordinating two interconnected platforms mobile and TV while working two separate development crews, one focus on the mobile app the other on the game.
As the design lead, I became the orchestrator of this multi-platform experience, ensuring seamless interaction between phone tracking and TV gameplay.
Throughout development, we ran continuous testing sessions to validate that the entire connected experience worked as intended, refining the flow until every touchpoint felt intuitive.

Beyond the Pixels
Building seamless multi-device experiences requires relentless testing. Every interaction between phone and TV becomes a potential friction point.
But the biggest learning? Most of the real work happens in alignment. Ensuring everyone moves in the same direction takes time, but it's where successful experiences are actually built.
